Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee

At Wild Wolf we stand behind our product. Active subscribers are covered by our 60-day money back guarantee. One-time purchases are not eligible for a refund once the product has been opened or used.

Subscription Management

Your subscription is fully self-managed through your customer account portal. You can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time — no need to email us. Wild Wolf does not cancel, pause, or modify subscriptions on your behalf. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription through your account. If you do not cancel your subscription yourself, future orders will continue to be processed and charged automatically.

Subscription Discount Terms

Subscription orders include a discounted rate compared to one-time purchases. This discount is offered on the basis that you intend to maintain an active subscription. If you cancel your subscription or request a refund within 14 days of your first order, you are not eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee. Refund requests on subscription orders require a minimum of 30 days of consistent product use (see eligibility below).

By placing a subscription order, you acknowledge that the discounted pricing is conditional on genuine use of the product and not intended as a one-time discount mechanism.

Who Is Eligible

Our guarantee is available to subscribers only. To make a claim you must:

  • Be an active subscriber at the time of your request
  • Have used the product consistently for a minimum of 30 days
  • Have a valid reason for your return (see below)
  • Cancel your subscription as part of the refund process

Please note - only one (1) bag from your most recent order is eligible for a refund. If your subscription includes multiple bags per cycle, the remaining bags are non-refundable. Previous months are also non-refundable.

Valid Reasons For A Return

  • Your dog refuses to eat the product after 30 days of consistent use
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your dog has experienced an adverse reaction

What Is Not A Valid Reason

  • Not seeing results immediately - Wild Wolf is a wholefood supplement that works through consistent daily use. Results build over time and vary between dogs
  • Purchasing multiple months and requesting a full refund - only the most recent order is eligible
  • Change of mind
  • Purchasing a subscription to receive the discounted price with no intention of maintaining the subscription
  • Duplicate subscription orders - it is your responsibility to manage your subscription through your account portal. If you accidentally purchase a second subscription, we are unable to refund duplicate orders once they have been processed and shipped

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, email us at hello@wildwolf.com.au with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement bag at no cost. You are welcome to keep your welcome kit.
