Ingredients

  • 350 g lean turkey mince
  • 120 g cooked quinoa
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C line a tray.
  2. Mix ingredients form 2-3 cm balls.
  3. Bake 15-18 minutes until cooked through cool.
