Soft, bite-sized omelette squares made with gently cooked eggs, nourishing pumpkin, and spinach. Rich in protein, fibre, and essential vitamins, these wholesome treats support digestion, energy, and overall vitality—perfect as a training reward or nutritious meal topper.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g finely chopped spinach
  • 60 g pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C grease a mini muffin tray.
  2. Whisk eggs and yoghurt fold in spinach and pumpkin.
  3. Portion into tray bake 12-14 minutes until set cool.
