Ingredients

  • 120 g oat flour
  • 80 ml warm water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 200 g cooked shredded chicken
  • 5 strawberries finely diced
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber finely diced
  • 1 tsp finely chopped mint

Directions

  1. Tortillas: mix flour + oil add water to soft dough. Rest 5 min. Roll 8- 10 mins. Cook 1 - 2 min/side.
  2. Salsa: mix strawberry, cucumber, mint.
  3. Assemble with chicken + salsa.
