Ingredients

  • 150 g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 80 g peeled, finely grated cucumber (squeezed dry)
  • 1 tsp finely chopped mint
  • 1 tsp finely chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Stir yoghurt with cucumber, mint and parsley.
  2. Serve as a lick-mat spread or freeze in moulds for later.
